How To Create The Best Ironman Costumes This Halloween
The fictional superhero Iron Man in comic books published by Marvel Comics and in the movie Iron Man was born Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark. Playboy genius Tony Stark has the brains to creative ultimate technological weaponry and the looks to charm women off their feet.
His attitude changes when he is captured, forced to build a destructive weapon, and nearly killed by one of his own weapons in a test trial. Kept alive by an electromagnetic chest plate that keeps the shrapnel from piercing his heart, Tony devises a way to stop his technology from falling into the wrong hands.
He begins to create a powerful suit of armor to save his life and eventually uses it to get revenge on his former captors as well as battle forces of evil. After that, he decides to use his suit to protect the world as Iron Man..
Through his multinational corporation, Stark Industries, Tony created military weapons and his own metal suit is laden with technological devices that enable him to fight crime. Stark is a brilliant scientist, by day and Iron Man, with superhuman strength, by night.
The Iron Man Suit
The powered exoskeleton known as the Iron Man suit went through several changes before being built with gold-titanium alloy. The suit allows Stark to fly and protects him from attacks.
The suit is powered by a miniature arc reactor. The final version of the suit includes anti-tank missiles steering and retro thrust jets in the palms, a Unibeam unit in the chest that fires concentrated blasts, small anti-personnel guns in the shoulders, and flare launchers on the legs.
The suit operates with remote assistance from Stark's artificial intelligence JARVIS and includes a holographic Heads Up Display.
The Iron Man Costume
If you are planning to dress up as Iron Man there’s the vintage, comic-book styled costume in bright yellow and red. There is also the sleeker and more modern, metallic red and gold costume based on the look from the movie. There are a lot of Iron Man costumes for every fan out there!
They come in sizes to fit adults and children. Each Iron Man costume also comes with an Iron Man mask, a padded "muscle" top and bottom to give the illusion of Stark's heavy duty armor.
