Miniture Horse VS Horse?
My family has always loved horses. We have leased, but never owned. We are thinking of buying a mini because:
They are fun for shows
Great for children's birthdays
And overall just fun to take care of (one of my favorite part of riding is the tacking up, and that is mostly what you do with a mini)
BUT we are still debating because my sister wants to ride. But we think it would be too expensive to own a full sized horse. And I do admit, I would miss the riding.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO????

Get a small trail horse or a pony, around 14.9 hands.
I have one and they really are easy and loving.
