How does a pilot feels at 70,000 ft in a fighter plane.?
At what stage or altitude a fighter pilot needs to wear an oxygen mask. At Mach 3 + how a pilots Blood pressure act and how doea he feel. Does untrained persons survive such fligjhts?
The Mach 3+ doesn't effect you at all. Just like going 300 MPH. You know you are moving but have no reference as to how fast. G-suite is still required as even shallow turns at that speed will load you down a little.
The altitude is the not-so-fun part. Even in a pressurized cockpit you need to be on pressurized oxygen. The SR-71 pilots fly with a pressure suite instead and this makes it a little more comfortable (ask a mig-25 pilot what its like without the suit). You need supplemental oxygen above 10,000 feet.
So maybe some training on pulling G's but no other special health effects if everything is "straight and level". Only if you have a problem at that altitude will you need to know what to do and you body be able to handle it. Comfort is the main sacrifice. Usually those are long flights in a cramped cockpit on a marginally comfortable seat in the case of the SR-71 . Most fighters are less comfortable but you don't fly them as long as the big spy-planes.
