Sorry, there is no way to flush THC (the drug in weed) out of the body. THC, unlike almost all other drugs, is Lipid soluble, not water soluble. That means that, unlike, say alcohol, Weed does not float around in your blood (since blood is water-based). THC sticks into fat cells and oils, so it actually gets stuck in your brain, which has a high amount of fat (specifically the lining that cushions the brain on the inside of your skull). The fluid in your brain does filter out, but not as quickly as blood, which is constantly pumped through the kidneys. It takes up to three weeks for your brain lining to be clear of all the THC. Now when weed is in Your brain lining, it does not make you high, or really effect you at all. It just sits there and waits to get picked up in a drug test.
Diuretics (things that make you pee a lot) are used to remove water soluble drugs from the body. Urine is made by the kidneys as they filter the blood. The more you pee, the more your kidneys have to filter your blood to make your urine, and every time your blood gets filtered, your kidneys and Liver take toxins (including drugs) out of your blood.
THC is not in your bloodstream, so diuretics will not help you much (they might do a little something).
THC is also not in your stomach, so inducing vomiting (making yourself throw up) will do absolutely nothing.
This next part is just a theory:
You might try to mask the presence of THC by eating a large, fatty meal, and some Hemp breakfast cereal.
