Dollhouse Estimated Price?
Okay so i have a dollhouse. I have had it for around five/six years this year. But its a very vintage dollhouse not a like children's one. Its 45 and a half inches from the floor with the base. Its width is 30 and a half inches. and is 15 inches wide. Its in pretty good condition considering I've had it and used it for 5/6 years. It comes with all the furniture which cost my mum a bomb at the time. Im just wondering about a reasonable price to put it on. Since its all fully furnished and comes with wallpaper already on and things i see the price may go up a little. Can anyone help me? Should i sell the base with the house or separately? I am thinking about selling it in the newspaper or on ebay.
Looks very similar to this.

It's quite obvious you're not in the Miniatures Scene.
Not childish does not equal 'vintage', and unless it's from the 40s or earlier it doesn't hold that much interest to collectors, usually, unless it's a really REALLY impressive one. Wallpaper is normal, not a fancy extra that would get you extra money. How much is 'a bomb'? Some people consider a $20 piece of dollhouse furniture to be expensive, whereas collectors would consider that incredibly cheap- I've often spent $60 on a piece of dollhouse furniture.
Though yes the price would go up if it's furnished- you may also find people not wanting to buy your dollhouse for the extra price if they don't like the furniture- furniture and decor is a very personal thing, and miniaturists usually see no point in buying an already 'completed' house- they want to go hunting for or make the furnishings themselves.
30 1/2 inches is also not that big.
You have to balance several things when pricing- how desireable is it? What's the condition? Do people *want* your furniture and wallpaper? etc.
I think you could get a few hundred dollars for it but don't expect thousands or something. You'll also probably have people trying to buy it for $30. Don't let them.
You could offer the base with the house.
It's very hard for people to be able to judge without an actual photo of your actual house.
